Return And Exchange Policy

BerhausJackets strives to ensure that customers have a hassle-free online shopping experience. As such, we have a simple returns and exchanges policy.
You have 15 days to exchange or return your jacket.
After you receive your jacket, you have 24 hours to return it. For a replacement, ask for a return. Before we may take into account any more requests, the procedure needs to be completed within a timeframe of 15 days. For a return and exchange, the jacket must be sent back to our warehouses.
As per the return policy, a service charge equal to 0% of the order cost will be imposed. The remaining cash will be reimbursed to your original payment method as soon as the jacket arrives at our warehouse.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you decide to cancel your order during this period, there won’t be any fees and your given payment will be returned to you within 24 hours. If you do not cancel the order within 24 hours, your order may be processed and a 25% service fee will be applied.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
You can get a replacement if you get a product from us that is broken. Simply email Contact@BerhausJackets.com with a photo of the fault, a description of the defect, and your order number. Our customer service person will get in touch with you and provide more assistance.
AN ISSUE IN THE SIZE
Make sure to pick the appropriate jacket size. Check the given size chart with your size if its does not match with your actual size so simply place the order with the custom size option our sales person will connect with you via email to confirm your custom size. However, we can give a size exchange if the jacket is either small or too large. if there is a size mistake made by you so the delivery charges will be apply for the exchange of the size.
